      <image:caption>Živimo u stresnom svijetu, a često i ne znamo kako upravljati stresom. Posao, obitelj i redovite svakodnevne obveze sami uzrokuju dosta stresa, a stres pogoršavaju percipirane krizne situacije koje se pojavljuju s vremena na vrijeme. Danas je postalo uobičajeno reći "Totalno sam pod stresom!" Srećom, Kundalini Yoga nudi obilje alata za upravljanje stresom. Važno je shvatiti da je stres stanje, a ne bolest. Previše stresa počinje utjecati na naše misli, ponašanje, pa čak i na fizičko zdravlje. S vremenom stres smanjuje našu vitalnost i sposobnost uživanja u životu. Ali kad naučimo prepoznati stvari u svom životu koje pokreću reakcije na stres, poduzimamo važan korak prema upravljanju stresom. Tada tu svijest možemo okrenuti prema razumijevanju naše „stresne osobnosti“, naše sposobnosti da savladamo stres i ostanemo stabilni. Kroz Kundalini jogu i meditaciju možemo učinkovito upravljati stresom i biti autentični čak i kad smo suočeni s vrlo stresnim situacijama. Mnoge kundalini krije izravno se bave stresom. Yogi Bhajan podučavao je vrlo jednostavnu meditaciju nazvanu "Meditacija za ublažavanje stresa" (također nazvana Osmotaktni dah za oslobađanje energije i stresa). Iako su pranayam (vježbe disanja) i meditacija vrlo važni za upravljanje stresom, nemojte previdjeti moć Kundalini Yoga kriya u smanjenju stresa. Fizički učinci vježbi stvaraju pritisak na endokrini sustav, stvarajući fiziološki odgovor koji se suprotstavlja učincima stresa. Kundalini joga također jača parasimpatički živčani sustav, naš način "odmaranja i probave", koji se suprotstavlja reakciji "borba ili bijeg" koja se pokreće kada smo pod stresom. Malo stresa nije loša stvar, a jedan od načina na koji nam Kundalini Yoga kriye pomažu da naučimo upravljati stresom izaziva nas u stresnim situacijama (poput držanja ruku gore  više 3 minute!). Kada se uspješno suočimo s tim izazovima, u našim tijelima izazivamo iscjeliteljski odgovor. Preživljavamo i prilagođavamo se te postajemo spremni prihvatiti još jedan izazov. U tom smislu, gotovo bilo koja Kundalini Kriya pomoći će u rješavanju stresa redovitim vježbanjem. Također je dobro gledati dalje od joga prostirke. Tjelovježba je vrlo učinkovit alat za borbu protiv stresa. Kad primijetite kako se javljaju reakcije na stres, zaustavite ono što radite i prošećite ili napravite nešto fizičko u čemu uživate, poput vožnje biciklom, trčanja,  ili dizanja utega. Ako nemate redovitu rutinu vježbanja, krenite postupno i nadograđujte se. Umjerena redovita tjelovježba može povećati reakciju opuštanja, a nedostatak tjelesnih vježbi pridonosi mnogim kroničnim bolestima. Kad počnete razumijevati što pokreće vaše vlastite reakcije na stres, pronaći ćete alate za upravljanje. Nemojte čekati i  odgađati dok ne bude prekasno! Upravljanje stresom je lakše nego što zvuči, a zahvaljujući Kundalini jogi i meditaciji, alati su široko dostupni.  Specifične kundalini meditacije usmjerene su na stimuliranje vagusnog živca i uravnoteženje nadija (suptilni energetski kanali) i autonomnog živčanog sustava. Kundalini Yoga restrukturira vaš živčani i hormonalni sustav i prirodno liječi duh i tijelo od kroničnog stresa. Kundalini Yoga radi na popravljanju automatskog ritma vaše kontrole daha (pranayam), tako da vaš um postaje usredotočen i uravnotežen. Kada naučite kako pravilno koristiti pranayame (vježbe disanja), svladali ste i odgovor na stres. Djeluje tako učinkovito i brzo zbog svoje cjelovitosti, energije i ravnoteže. Kundalini Yoga radi s vagusnim živcem, i dovodi vaše tijelo i um u stanje koherencije. Također prilagođava elektromagnetsko polje vašeg tijela i psihe i usklađuje vas s jačim elektromagnetskim silama zemlje, sunca i šire. Dovodi vas u stanje koherentnosti sa svijetom oko vas i dovodi vaše tijelo u poravnanje. Kad je vaš živčani sustav slab od kroničnog stresa, tjeskobe i depresije, na kraju ćete udariti u zid i više nećete znati što vas je snašlo. Kako obnavljate svoj živčani sustav, istovremeno se liječi i endokrini sustav i počinjete vraćati radost u svoj život. To se događa postepeno. Jednog ćete dana primijetiti da nakon teškog radnog dana više ne posežete za tom čašom vina ili osjećate potrebu za junk hranom, ili da idete u kupovinu kako biste se osjećali bolje, a možda ćete se riješiti i ovisnosti o cigaretama. Strpljenjem, vježbom i dosljednošću vaše će se tijelo i um početi opuštati i postajati fleksibilniji i mirniji. Kundalini joga djeluje na nekoliko razina; brzo utječe na vaš živčani sustav i smiruje brbljanje i negativnost uma omogućujući vam da iskusite osjećaj smirenosti i prizemljenosti. Meditacije koje se prakticiraju samo 3 do 11 minuta dnevno (11-minutni lijekovi) počinju utjecati na vaš živčani i hormonalni sustav. S vremenom vaše tijelo oslobađa manje kortizola i hormona stresa, a proizvodi više DHEA i drugih ljekovitih svojstava. Kundalini joga uravnotežuje živčani i hormonalni sustav, smanjujući tako tjelesni (somatski) i psihološki (psihički) stres. Dosljednim i upornim vježbanjem Kundalini joge dolazi do psihološkog / psiho / duhovnog iscjeljenja i transformacije.</image:caption>

Prana dolazi putem zraka. Dah je vozilo (pawan) praane. Vodič i učitelj koji ima pravo dati vam sve što trebate na ovoj planeti je dah. Dah je vaš vodič, vaša mudrost, vaše znanje. Dah dolazi iz Par Paraa (beyond the beyond). Vaš život i vaše postojanje temelje se na dahu života. Sprijateljite se s njim i dišite svjesno. „Pawan je vozilo praane. To je ono što oživljava i rekonstruira vaše stanice... Naš život temelji se na pawan-u, vozilu praane, praan shakti (snaga života). Mi ga nazivamo para shakti (moć iznad moći). To je Pawan Guru. Svo potrebno znanje dolazi nam kroz dah života. Guru Nanak kaže: „Kada vam nedostaje mudrosti, dišite.“ Kada počnete svjesno disati tada vam dolaze svi odgovori. Dišite svjesno: udišite svjesno i izdišite svjesno i dobit ćete sve odgovore. Dok god dišete nesvjesno, živite nesvjesno. Ono što ste dobili na dar je - dah života.       <image:title>MADEROTERAPIJA - BRAZILSKA MADEROTERAPIJA</image:title>
      <image:caption>ŠTO JE TO BRAZILSKA MADEROTERAPIJA I PO ČEMU JE BOLJA OD KLASIČNE?! Brazilska maderoterapija nije isto što i klasična maderoterapija. Brazilska maderoterapija postaje svakim danom sve popularnija u borbi protiv celulita. Tretmani daju i do nekoliko puta brže rezultate nego kod klasične maderoterapije. Nije potrebno čekati 10 tretmana da se vidi razlika. Svaki tretman je razlika, svaki tretman ima početni rezultat.  Za izvođenje tretmana koristi se poseban set od pet drvenih čašica različitih veličina, koje su posebno dizajnirane da bi stvorile vakuum, doprle do dubljih slojeva tkiva gdje valjcima kod klasične maderoterapije ne možemo i ne smijemo. Zbog svog posebnog dizajna daju naglasak na momentalni lifting cijelog tijela, a naročito na butine i guzu, te je i odatle naziv brazilska maderoterapija. Vakuumom hvatamo i rastežemo tkivo (preraspoređujemo salo), dolazi do velikog zagrijavanja, te se tkivo prokrvljuje i ubrzava izbacivanje toksina iz tijela. Ubrzavanjem rada limfe dolazi do detoksikacije i hidratacije tkiva, te koža postaje elastičnija, zategnutija i mekša na dodir, te stoga već kod prvog tretmana dolazi do velikog gubitka obujma. KOLIKO TRAJE TRETMAN I UČESTALOST DOLAZAKA? Tretman je doista “INTENZIVAN”, te se nikako ne radi dan za danom. Razmak je obično 2/3 dana, te je zbog jačine, ali istovremeno i efikasnosti dovoljan tretman od 30 min za guzu i cijele noge, naročito prvi puta. Kod osjetljivijih žena čak se kod prvog dolaska tretman skraćuje kako ne bi došlo do pojave modrica i velike upale tkiva. Dakle, pristup i trajanje tretmana prilagođava se svakoj klijentici individualno. Učestalost dolazaka jednako vrijedi i kod klasične maderoterapije. Rezultati su individualni i razlikuju se. KOME JE NAMIJENJEN TRETMAN? Maderoterapija, bilo klasična ili brazilska, namijenjena je: – osobama sa celulitom – osobama s lokaliziranim nakupinama sala – osobama s otečenim nogama – osobama koje žele oblikovati tijelo i poboljšati tonus kože, skinuti obujam – za oblikovanje i podizanje stražnjice – za izbacivanje toksina iz tijela, potiče rad limfe KOME SE NE PREPORUČUJE TRETMAN? - Trudnicama - Dojiljama - Ženama s izraženim venama, kapilarama, trombozom, problemima sa cirkulacijom, otvorenim ranama i ekcemima na koži, infekcijama, osipom, kod slučajeva kad liječnik ne daje suglasnost zbog specifičnog zdravstvenog stanja (preporučujemo uvijek konzultaciju s liječnikom) i sl.  DA LI JE TRETMAN BOLAN I DA LI SU MOGUĆE UPALE I MASNICE? Moguće je da su prvih nekoliko tretmana lagano bolni i neugodni, jer celulit ipak boli. Ponekad (nije često) se mogu pojaviti manje modrice, posebice kod osjetljivije kože, no one se za par dana povuku. Svakoj klijentici se pristupa vrlo pažljivo i na što blaži mogući način. Početni tretmani mogu biti i malo skraćeni ukoliko je osoba izrazito osjetljiva. Tretmani se rade svaka 2/3 dana, a nakon 3-4 dolaska tretman postaje ugodniji i bezbolan. KOLIKO JE TRETMANA POTREBNO? Opet sve je individualno. Kod nekih žena celulit će brže nestajati, dok kod nekih treba malo više vremena. No s obzirom da celulit nije tu od jučer, već se nakupljao godinama, ne možemo očekivati čudotvorne rezultate tijekom samo jednog ciklusa tretmana. Isto tako ukoliko su vaše navike i dalje iste, tj. bez promjene u prahrambenim navikama, tjelovježbi rezultati će izostati. Dakle, ne možemo i dalje jesti “junk hranu” poput čipsa, keksa, previše slastica, brzo pripremljene hrane… i očekivati čudo. Također treba i unostiti dovoljno tekućine - najviše vode i biljnih čajeva. Slatka pića, sokovi, gazirana pića i alkohol doprinose stvaranju celulita. Kod brazilske maderoterapije je razlika puno veća i na oko vidljivija već prvi puta, nego kod klasične, zbog naglaska na vakuum. Rezultati su do nekoliko puta brži. Kod klasične maderoterapije treba nekoliko tretmana da se vidi razlika izvana, ali vjerujte, promjena već kod prvog tretmana kreće iznutra. Rezultati su individualni, ovisno o stanju kože, stupnju celulita, količini nakupljene vode i toksina u tijelu. Rezultati dosta ovise i o vama i vašim navikama! ZAŠTO JE BRAZILSKA MADEROTERAPIJA UČINKOVITIJA OD KLASIČNE MADEROTERAPIJE? Dubinsko djelovanje Brazilska madero prema metodi Perfectbody djeluje na principu visokog i niskog negativnog tlaka, čime se postiže dubinsko djelovanje i na područjima koja su teško dostupna prstima ili valjcima. Uz pomoć vakuuma rastežemo fasciju, činimo je fleksibilnijom, elastičnijom i na taj način omogućujemo oslobađanje zarobljenih toksina i veću hidrataciju i fleksibilnost fascije. Uz pomoć vakuuma u čaši stvara se nizak tlak koji usiše kožu te je tako podiže, a istodobno i rasteže tkivo, oslobađa limfne i krvne kapilare te oslobađa masnoće iz stanica.  Pomoću brazilske vakuumske maderoterapije poboljšava se mikrocirkulacija i povećava dotok hranjivih tvari i kisika u tijelo, postiže se i ubrzavanje detoksikacije te je stoga rezultat brazilske vakuumske maderoterapije vidljiv odmah. Rezultat je uklanjanje celulita i toksina, manji obujam i bolji tonus kože. Opuštanje limfnih i krvnih kapilara Uz pomoć vakuuma u čaši stvara se nizak tlak koji usisava kožu te je tako podiže, istodobno i rasteže tkivo i oslobađa limfne i krvne kapilare. Posljedično se povećava količina krvi u dubljim, većim krvnim žilama, što omogućuje protok krvi u područja prethodno slabog protoka krvi ili tamo gdje je cirkulacija prekinuta. Momentalni rezultat Pomoću brazilske madero poboljšavamo mikrocirkulaciju i povećavamo dotok hranjivih tvari i kisika u tijelo. Limfne kapilare postaju protočnije, uz pomoć vakuuma limfne kapilare apsorbiraju veće količine limfe čime se postiže učinkovita detoksikacija tijela i neposredan rezultat – značajan gubitak centimetara. Manji obujam Uz pomoć čaša i vakuuma postižemo izlučivanje masnoća iz stanice i njihovo prelaženje u međustanični prostor. Masnoće zatim pomoću posebne tehnike premještamo u limfne čvorove. Zadatak limfnih čvorova je pročistiti limfnu tekućinu koja sada sadrži i masnoću. Budući da se detoksikacija ubrzava, tijelo izlučuje svu masnoću, višak vode i toksine mokraćom ili znojenjem. Rezultat je nekoliko centimetara manji obujam tijela na kojem smo izveli perfect madero prema metodi perfectbody. Nakon brazilske maderoterapije nevjerojatan rezultat slijedi već nekon prve maderoterapije  Učinci brazilske maderoterapije prema metodi perfectbody: – koža je glađa, zategnuta, čvrsta, podatna i zdravog izgleda, – vezivno tkivo-fascija postaje sve fleksibilnija, – celulit se smanjuje, – poboljšava se izgled strija jer se smanjuje razlika među strijama i ostalim tkivom, – potiče se cirkulacija krvi i protok limfe, – potiče se proizvodnja kolagena i elastina, – poboljšava se metabolizam, – ubrzava se izlučivanje znoja i toksina itd.    Djelovanje vakuuma u brazilskoj maderoterapiji   Primjena brazilske madero u principu je ugodna, osim na pogođenim područjima. Na tim mjestima tijekom izvođenja brazilske maderoterapije možemo osjetiti i bol. Pogotovo tamo gdje su nakupljeni toksini i gdje limfa stagnira (u celulitu). Uz pomoć brazilske maderoterapije osjećaj boli nestaje, a ostaje vidljivi rezultat. Budući da se brazilska maderoterapija provodi uz pomoć vakuuma koji stvaraju čaše, preporučujemo uporabu ulja ili anticelulitne kreme. Svi aktivni sastojci naime, dublje prodiru u potkožno tkivo. Brazilska madero inače je ugodna, ali ne tamo gdje ima problema. Na tim mjestima možemo osjetiti bol. Pogotovo tamo gdje se nakupljaju toksini i gdje limfa stagnira (u celulitu). Uz pomoć brazilske madero terapije nestaje osjećaj boli, ali rezultat ostaje vidljiv. Učinci brazilske madero terapije po metodi Perfectbody: - koža je glatka, zategnuta, čvrsta, gipka i zdravog izgleda, - vezivno tkivo - fascija postaje sve fleksibilnija, - smanjuje pojavu celulita, - izgled strija je poboljšan jer se smanjuje razlika između strija i ostalog tkiva, - stimulira cirkulaciju krvi i protok limfe, - potiče proizvodnju kolagena, elastina, - poboljšava metabolizam, - ubrzava izlučivanje znoja i toksina,…</image:caption>

Iako se većini ljudi čini kako nemaju vremena za sebe, zagovornica sam toga da svatko za sebe može naći ono „malo vremena za sebe“ koje će vam se itekako isplatiti. Ponekad je jako lijepo  kada vas vanjski svijet ne ometa i imate priliku da se opustite i bavite samim sobom, zar ne? To nažalost nije uvijek jednostavno u ovom našem užurbanom svakodnevnom životu i raznim svakodnevnim obavezama. Nekada je jako lijepo opustiti se uz finu masažu, ugodnu opuštajuću muziku i prigušeno svjetlo, a nekada je dobro vježbati i yogu. Yoga nam daje bezbroj alata kako bi se povezali sa samim sobom, bili sretniji i zdraviji; od vježbi disanja, fizičkih vježbi, meditacije, mantre... Moja želja je pomoći ljudima razviti svijest da brinu o svome zdravlju, kako fizičkom, tako duhovnom, mentalnom i emocionalnom. - Želite li otkriti načine za podizanje raspoloženja, uravnoteženje hormona ili upravljanje stresom u svom životu? - Patite li od nedostatka sna ili se osjećate iscrpljeno dok pokušavate pronaći ravnotežu između posla i života? - Osjećate li se ponekad shrvani i pretrpani obvezama, ali nikada ne pronalazite „vrijeme za sebe“ da se opustite, njegujete i brinete o sebi kao što to činite za druge? - Ako ste na bilo koje od ovih pitanja odgovorili potvrdno, voljela  bih vam ponuditi smjernice s planom brige o sebi i samopomoći. Holistički tretmani usmjereni su na vraćanje ravnoteže uz pristup osobi kao jednoj cjelini, povezivanjem uma, tijela i duha, a ne samo tjelesnih tegoba koje možda imate. Način na koji radim nudi potpuno prirodan pristup zdravlju, te se može koristiti i pored klasične medicinske pomoći i lijekova. Osim što su terapijski, ove opuštajuće tretmane/terapije možete rezervirati kao „vrijeme za sebe“ i malo se odmaknuti od vašeg užurbanog života prepunog raznih obveza i stresa kako biste se vratili sebi, napunili baterije, razbistrili misli i imali više energije i vitalnosti u svakodnevnom životu. Cilj moje prakse je pružiti vam priliku da se "isključite", uklonite stres i poboljšate vaše zdravlje i kvalitetu života. U stanju bez stresa san se poboljšava, te svi sustavi našeg tijela djeluju učinkovitije, te smo sposobniji bolje se nositi sa svakodnevnim problemima i situacijama. Upamtite, vaše tijelo uvijek radi i želi se uvijek vratiti u stanje zdravlja i ravnoteže, a uz pomoć, na kraju će to i učiniti! Ženska zdjelica jedinstvena je zbog neodvojivosti svoje strukture/funkcije. Svaki mjesec kada žena doživi menstruaciju, u njezinom se sustavu oslobađa relaksin koji opušta ligamente i čini je sklonijom traumi. Upalni procesi, poput endometrioze, mogu uzrokovati prianjanje fascijalnih slojeva na susjedno tkivo, stvarajući bol i simptome. Ožiljci od operacije abdomena/zdjelice, ožiljci od traume ili epiziotomije također mogu stvoriti kaos/disbalans u području zdjelice uzrokujući menstrualnu disfunkciju, bol u zdjelici, bolne spolne odnose, zatvor, proljev i/ili hemoroide Područje zdjelice je složen i važan dio tijela koji obavlja nekoliko funkcija, posebno za žene. Bol u zdjelici može se pojaviti tijekom različitih faza vašeg menstrualnog ciklusa, tijekom trudnoće, nakon poroda, nakon operacije ili kao posljedica nekog stanja - poput endometrioze. Endometrioza je bolest koja se javlja tijekom menstruacije. Razvija se kada tkivo endometrija (slično tkivu sluznice maternice) migrira izvan maternice, gdje to ne bi trebalo biti. To dovodi do upale, boli i abnormalnih menstrualnih ciklusa. Endometrioza rezultira upalom, što pridonosi razvoju fascijalnih ograničenja ili priraslica. Ta ograničenja mogu rezultirati značajnom boli. Naša tijela sadrže više od 70 posto tekućine, a fascijalni sustav je spremnik i transportni medij naše tekućine. Mnogo puta će se fascijalna ograničenja pridržavati mjehura i uretre stvarajući okruženje za infekciju, budući da fascijalna ograničenja ometaju pravilno uklanjanje toksina i otpadnih tvari iz tkiva. Ako se fascija stegne oko mjehura, to može ograničiti potencijal mjehura da se dovoljno poveća, stvarajući potrebu za često ili bolno mokrenje. Kad žena kašlje, kihne ili se smije, urin će imati tendenciju istjecanja. Tehnika miofascijalnog oslobađanja pomogla je mnogim ženama s menstrualnim,predmenstrualnim simptomima, endometriozom... Netraumatska, nježna priroda miofascijalnog oslobađanja ohrabrujuća je metoda i neće pogoršati već postojeće simptome, a može uvelike poboljšati kvalitetu vašeg života. Vježbe disanja i meditacija osvještavaju nas kako se osjećamo u svom tijelu, te kako se povezati sa njegovom mudrošću. Na taj način gradimo „tjelesnu inteligenciju“ i samoosvještavanje koji su bitni za ozdravljenje ili poboljšanje našeg stanja, uvelike ubrzavajući napredak zajedno sa miofascijalnom relaksacijom i aromaterapijom. Meditacija stvara komunikaciju između nas i našeg uma, te između našeg uma i našeg tijela. Meditacija daje osjećaj unutarnjeg blagostanja, unutarnjeg mira, stablnosti i smirenosti.          Pranayame – vježbe disanja jačaju naš živčani sustav i otpornost na stres, daju nam više vitalnosti i životne energije, čiste tijelo od toksina, povećavaju endorfin (jedan od tzv. hormona sreće)          Aromaterapija- eterična ulja svojom energetskom vibracijom djeluju na svim razinama našeg postojanja. Kemijske komponente eteričnih ulja djeluju na naše fizičko tijelo, dok miris preko limbičkog sustava djeluje na naš emocionalni i mentalni sklop.       <image:caption>„Zen žena“ – je holistički program za smanjenje stresa i kroničnog umora ; paket koji se sastoji od bodywork tehnika, vježbi disanja i meditacije, te aromaterapije koji će vam pomoći da smanjite razinu stresa u vašem životu. Kako sam i sama prolazila kroz velika razdoblja stresa, i ja sam također upotrebljavala različite alate koji su mi pomogli smanjiti razinu stresa, te pomogli da se osjećam bolje i da imam više energije i vitalnosti. Ovaj program pomoći će vam da:       - Smanjite količinu stresa       - Slušate i obratite pažnju što vam vaše tijelo, um i emocije govore   - Budete svjesniji svoje reakcije na stresore, i time bolje odgovarate na stres      - Se bolje povežete sa svojim tijelom i svojim unutarnjim bićem      - Usvojite zdrave navike brige o sebi i svom tijelu - Poboljšate san - Budete svjesni svojih emocija kada nahrupe, te ih s lakoćom otpustite; dozvolite sebi da osjetite svoje emocije bez da na njih reagirate, da ih osuđujete ili potiskujete. Potisnute emocije se skladište u našim mišićima i organima, ometaju našu cirkulaciju te uzrokuju bol u tijelu ili bolest        - Budete svjesni vašeg tijela na dubljoj razini -  pohranjen stres, neriješeni problemi i neizražene emocije blokiraju staničnu komunikaciju i vitalnost. Kreirala sam mini i maxi paket. MINI PAKET u trajanju od 30 dana se sastoji od:      - 2 Aromaterapeutske masaže u trajanju od 75min (definirati ćemo najprije vrstu stresa, pa odrediti eterična ulja za provođenje aroma masaže). Kako aromaterapija ublažava stres? Aromaterapija koja se koristi u bilo kojem svom obliku može pomoći u ublažavanju stresa. Budući da aromaterapija koristi miris kako bi utjecala na to kako se osjećamo, važno je razumjeti kako to djeluje na naše tijelo. Kad udišemo zrak, osobito zrak koji je ispunjen     eteričnim uljima, on odlazi u korijen nosa. Olfaktorni receptori u nosu zatim prenose informacije u limbički sustav. U limbičkom sustavu obrađuju se naše emocije. Jedan od razloga zašto se vjeruje da aromaterapija može biti od pomoći, osobito u ublažavanju stresa, jest taj što potiče oslobađanje određenih kemikalija u mozgu koje nam pomažu da se opustimo. Zato aromaterapija može pomoći u ublažavanju stresa.        - 2 tretmana Tehnike miofascijalne relaksacije (MFR) u trajanju od 60min.   Da li ste se zapitali koja je veza između svakodnevnog stresa i kronične mišićne napetosti/boli? Kronični stres ili emocionalna trauma uzrokuju restrikcije fascije u našem tijelu. Kada su naše tijelo i um pod stalnim stresom bez adekvatnog vremena za oporavak, u našem tijelu se često javljaju upalni procesi (npr. svakodnevni rad na kompjuteru, pritisak da sve obavimo u određenom roku; a nakon toga nemamo ili vremena ili ne znamo način na koji opustiti svoje tijelo i um. Kada se pojave restrikcije u fasciji, često osjećamo bol, napetost u mišićima, ograničenje pokreta, upale, umor, glavobolje i razne slične simptome. Tu nam jako pomaže tehnika miofascijalne relaksacije – nježna terapija koja nam pomaže povratiti opseg pokreta i smanjiti bol i napetost u tijelu i umu. Ne samo da uklanja fizičke tegobe, također pomaže u otpuštanju nakupljenog emocionalnog stresa. Meditacije za smanjenje stresa (vaša dnevna kućna praksa)u trajanju od 40 dana (dobit ćete video s detaljnim uputama za meditaciju). Meditaciju je poželjno raditi svaki dan u isto vrijeme ukoliko je to moguće, najbolje ujutro. Drevni jogiji su govorili: Naše navike nas definiraju. A naše akcije proizlaze iz naših navika. Naše navike kreiraju mir i sreću ili patnju i bol. Kada promijenimo naše navike, sve oko nas se mijenja. Da bismo trajno promijenili navike primjenjujemo „sadhanu“ jogijsku dnevnu praksu u različitim trajanjima. 40 uzastopnih dana prakse razbiti će vašu negativnu naviku. Najbitnije je ustrajati u praksi, i vidjeti ćete učinke meditacije u vašem životu. Treba vam svega 15-ak minuta dnevno. 40 dnevna praksa meditacije: smiruje naš um  i smanjuje nivo stresa, postajemo više povezani sa sobom, mijenjamo naše navike, odnose s ljudima i način na koji vidimo sebe, daje strukturu našim životima (često naš život izgleda bez ravnoteže, i često smo preplavljeni svakakvim projektima, zadacima i životnim problemima); 40 – dnevna praksa meditacije omogućuje nam da to razbijemo i naučimo izvući vrijeme za sebe „za svoj unutarnji mir“ Vježbi disanja (vaša dnevna kućna praksa) u trajanju od 40 dana (dobit ćete video s detaljnim uputama za meditaciju). Učinci vježbi disanja u smanjenju stresa (anksioznosti itd. su ogromni). „Breath is the way. As simple as it is, it grabs the nervous system and reshapes it. The effects are very quick.“ Aromaterapeutskog uljnog pripravka napravljenog prema vašim potrebama koji ćete upotrebljavati kući (100ml)   Vođenje dnevnika – dok radite vašu svakodnevnu meditaciju/vježbe disanja vrlo je poželjno voditi dnevnik. Bitne stvari kod vođenja dnevnika su: introspekcija, jasnoća, iskustvo, svjesnost i otpuštanje. Svako jutro nakon vaše dnevne meditacijske prakse odvojite nekoliko minuta i budite u tišini i osluškujte sebe, te preispitajte vaše dnevne akcije pišući nekoliko minuta o vašem danu.
