SWEDISH MASSAGE

Swedish massage is based on the Western concepts of anatomy and physiology as opposed to energy work that is more common in Asian-style massage. As the best-known type of bodywork today, one of the primary goals of Swedish massage technique is to relax the entire body. This is accomplished by rubbing the muscles with long gliding strokes in the direction of blood returning to the heart. But Swedish massage therapy goes beyond relaxation. It is exeptionally beneficial for increasing the level of oxygen in the blood, decreasing muscle toxins, improving circulation and flexibility while easing tension. The therapist lubricates the skin with massage oil and performs various massage strokes. These mouvements warm up the muscle tissue, releasing tension and gradually breaking up muscle "knots" or adhered tissues, called adhesions. Before the massage, the therapist should ask you about any injuries or other conditions that he or she should know about. Things you would want to tell the therapist include areas of tightness or pain, allergies, and conditions like pregnancy.

RAINDROP TECHNIQUE

Raindrop Technique Raindrop technique is very powerful massage technique developed by Dr.Donald Gary Young through a holistic way to balance the body in a non-violent and gentle way. This technique stimulates all body systems, both in the physical and emotional level. It's a specifique massage technique that drips pure essential oils on the spine. This method is applied by a greater amount of essential oils directly to the area of the spine for the purpose of treating ailments such as scoliosis, sciatica, spinal pain, variety of infections by viruses and bacteria, multiple sclerosis, muscle stiffness and other back problems. It helps the body to correct a distortion of the spine and other disorders, and to bring it to the structural, electrical and energy balance, and strongly detoxifies the entire body. It's name alone the technique owes the way in which essential oils are applied to the back like raindrops, which is dripping from a height of about 20cm, and then rubbed along the spine. Feeling is as if raindrops falling on the spine which has soothing effect. It is believed that the oils act also through electrical sheath even before they come in contact with the skin and thus increase the electromagnetic properties of essential oils. What brings amazing results is gentle action of essential oils , so it is no wonder that this technique some call "a chiropractor from the bottle".

CONNECTIVE TISSUE FACE MASSAGE

We reflexively treat the skin and connective tissue; we revitalize and strengthen the facial skin because the muscles are connected to the surface of the whole skin by their nerve endings. In connective tissue facial massage, the therapist will treat the skin and connective tissue with long, firm and slower movements. In this way, it will strengthen and revitalize the facial skin, restore the mobility of the dermis and hypodermis, and will have a positive effect on collagen production. When performing this technique, oils and creams are not used. Massage is extremely relaxing and effective for painful conditions such as headaches. We act on the zones where we find thickenings and changes, and in this way we lead to the relaxation and normalization of the treated part in that reflex zone. This technique is very effective in painful conditions (headaches, stiffness and tightness of the neck, scar tissue, skin atony…. It is used in physiotherapy, cosmetics and sports.

DIGITOPRESSURE OR ACUPRESSURE

It is a form of therapy or a form of massage. Unlike acupuncture where a needle is used, here we use fingers (fingertips) for the purpose of regulatory stimulation on reflex zones or points. The point cannot always be found, but it can be determined using an image of the meridian or an anatomical description of the place. The sensation when pressing on a point is like a slight pain, tingling, burning…

MANUAL LYMPH DRAINAGE

It directly affects the body's lymphatic system, which plays an important role in nourishing and detoxifying the body's cells, and also supports the venous system. The balance of the lymphatic system is extremely important for the good functioning of the immune system. Due to the excellent results, this technique is recommended for problems caused by sports and other injuries, after facial surgery (Face Lifting), nose and sinus surgery, after illness, after chemotherapy, headaches, insomnia, nervousness. Manual lymphatic drainage helps to preserve skin tension (reduce wrinkles), improve and remove harmful waste products (dark circles and bags under the eyes), stimulate the client's metabolic functions. It is used in physiotherapy, cosmetics and sports. Lymphatic drainage involves stimulating the circulation of facial lymph, as well as better venous circulation. This results in less swelling and distortion of the face, as well as the expulsion of certain toxins from the body, which are collected for various reasons and outlined on our faces. Just as we stimulate muscles with exercise, so we stimulate the face to tighten and be in better shape with massage.

EFFECT ON MUSCLE TISSUE - SWEDISH MASSAGE

Massage that directly affects the muscular system and accelerates circulation, and thus increases the flow of oxygen and nutrients into the cells, and helps drain harmful substances from the cells. By accelerating circulation, heat is developed in the tissue which also acts to relax and increase elasticity. Muscle relaxation also relaxes the accumulated stress that accumulates in our body, and the body sends signals such as fatigue, exhaustion, lethargy, slowness, loss of sleep, loss of concentration, mild dizziness, uncontrolled anger. It is used in physiotherapy, cosmetics and sports. The treatment uses essential and cold-pressed base oils depending on the skin type (immortelle, rosemary, carrot seed…; almond, macadamia, argan…) It is never too early or too late to enjoy this wonderful treatment and look fresh! Become a regular user of this treatment and give your skin a healthy glow!
