Hi, and welcome to my website. My name is Tina, and I am a huge fan of kundalini yoga, yoga in general and everything that makes me happier and healthier person. If you would like to find out how you too can be happier and healthier, then we will get along well, cause I like to share knowledge that I gained.

I can help you with individual treatments or create a package of treatment/therapies according to your personal needs such as: massage, MFR (myofascial release therapy), Emmett technique, aromatherapy, breathing exercises, meditation and kundalini yoga. We will work together holistically so you can have more balance in your life.

I am kundalini yoga teacher, kundalini yoga coach, massage therapist, aromatherapist, practitioner of MFR (myofascial release therapy), Emmett technique practitioner and believer in lifetime learning.

Altough it seems like people have no time for themselves, I really believe that everyone can find that “time for themselves” which we all need to function well in our daily lives. Time to relax our minds, bodies and soul, so we can fully enjoy our lives.

Isn’t it beautiful when the outside world doesn’t interfere and you have a chance to relax and just be with yourself, without worries, or any thoughts regarding your stressful job or everyday problems? Unfortunately it seems it is getting more difficult in our busy daily life and duties. Sometimes it is really nice to relax with a nice massage, relaxing music, dimmed lights, and sometimes it is good to pracatice yoga and meditation. Yoga gives us many tools so we can reconnect to ourselves, be happier and healthier; from breathing exercises, physical exercises, meditation, mantra…

My mission is to help people raise their conciousness in taking care of their physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health.

- If you answered yes to any of these questions, I would like to offer you guidelines with a self-care and self-help plan.

Holistic treatments are aimed at restoring balance with access to the person as a whole, connecting the mind, body and spirit, not just the physical ailments you may have. The way I work offers a completely natural approach to health, and can be used in addition to classic medical care and medications.

In addition to being therapeutic, you can book these relaxing treatments as a “time for yourself” and step away from your hectic life full of various commitments and stresses to get back to yourself, recharge your batteries, clear your mind and have more energy and vitality in your daily life.

The goal of my practice is to give you the opportunity to "switch off", remove stress and improve your health and quality of life. In a stress-free state, sleep improves, and all of our body's systems work more efficiently, and we are better able to cope better with everyday problems and situations.
